Job Summary
Perform the duties of a team member within a retail environment. Operationally responsible for the daily tasks helping the maintenance and custodial team as directed by supervisor.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
| Perform cleaning trash pickup and removal of common areas offices |
Cleaning sidewalks walkways and parking lots |
Assist with minor maintenance tasks. (Painting material moves landscaping event setup/teardown assisting Maintenance staff with various maintenance items) |
Assist with vendor coordination email & WO system communication |
Qualifications
Education (HS Diploma Under/Graduate Degree etc.) | HS diploma or equivalent |
Business Experience (prior years work/related experience) | 0-1 year related experience. |
Licenses/Certifications | Valid U.S. drivers license/Previous forklift training is a plus |
Language Skills | Ability to read and write English |

Physical Demands
While performing the duty of this job the employee is required to stand walk sit climb balance stoop kneel crouch crawl taste or smell 100% of the time. Talk and hear 100% of the time. The employee must lift 10 to 50 pounds more than 1/3 of the time and no lifting of heavier pounds. No special vision requirements for this job.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job the employee is exposed to wet or humid conditions outdoor weather conditions and heat seasonally.
