As the project manager for change you will lead the Change in Standards (CiS) process on the M25 DBFO. As part of contract change we are required to assess new highway standards for potential inclusion in the M25 DBFO Contract.
You will be responsible for the change management process and for maintaining the CiS programme. You will be responsible for the timely accurate and efficient reporting of key programme activities and for reporting progress through internal and Client governance meetings.
You will be responsible for undertaking initial reviews of new or amended standards assessing the potential risk level. You will identify what additional technical support and other resources required to complete the review of the change and issue a proposal. The role will interface with cross-organisational technical and commercial specialists in the planning development and implementation of proposals.
You will be expected to develop collaborative relationship between our client (Connect Plus) their client (National Highways) and relevant teams/departments within CPS. This will require you to chair technical and performance meetings. You will also be responsible for supporting teams within CPS with the effective implementation planning that is required following adoption of a new or amended standard.
You will also support on the wider contract change process.
