DescriptionAs a Senior Manager Partner Campaign Reporting you willplay a pivotalrole inthe operational execution and infrastructure of Marriotts Partner Campaign Reporting program. Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Operations this role is focused on ensuring scalableaccurate and efficient campaign reporting operations across Marriott Media.
You will own thelogistics systems and processes that power partner campaign reporting including reporting templatesdashboardsanddata pipelines. You will work closely with analytics measurement and technology teams to ensure reporting solutions are reliable standardized andscalable. This role is ideal for a leader who excels at operational rigor technical problem-solving and process optimization in a fast-growing media are naturally curious and stay current on theMarTech/AdTech ecosystem digital marketing landscape and emerging measurement are a strategic thinker who consistently elevates your work.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Marketing Data Science or related field.
- 5years of experience indigitalmediaor other digital business with a strong analytical backgroundandexperience.
- Strong technical and analytical foundation with experience in data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics.
- Knowledgeofmeasurementandanalytics across digital marketing and media channels including reporting frameworks and analytical models.
- Familiarity with core measurement science concepts including experimentation and measurement frameworks (A/B testing matched market MMM etc.) statistical sampling techniques and hypothesis testing power analysis and synthetic control.
- Familiarity with media channels marketing technology marketing operations audience segmentation and customer data strategies.
- Proven experience presenting analytical insights and answering all technical/data questions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Successinrunning sophisticated business processes across multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; bias towards data-based decision making with the ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans.
- Excellent decision-making project management and communication skills.
- Strong conceptual skills and ability to translate theoretical concepts into analytical or research methodologies and tools.
- Understanding and adherence to the principles of data quality management Agile data privacy and modern marketing best practices.
Education and Experience Preferred
- Masters degree in Business Economics Marketing Data Science or related field.
- SQL andPySparkexperience.
- Familiarity with media advertising reporting.
- Drivethe execution of Marriotts Partner Campaign Reporting function including defining key KPIs designing advertiser reporting templates and dashboards and managing partner campaign reporting managers.
- Support roadmap development for reporting infrastructure and measurement capabilities in partnership with Strategy & Operations leadership.
- Work cross-functionally with the Sales & Partnerships team to ensure business needs around measurement and reporting are captured and reflected in standardized measurement and reporting templates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document and communicate measurement capabilities and deliver customized reporting solutions based on advertiser needs.
- Collaborate with the measurement team tocreatenew analytical models measurement pipelinesandvisualizationdashboards/tools.
- Designadvertiserspecific reporting dashboards and templates customizing and troubleshooting when needed.
