Regional Sourcing Specialist (Programs)

We are seeking an experienced Regional Program Sourcing Specialist to lead and manage program-level sourcing activities across the APAC region. This role serves as the key focal point for program sourcing partnering closely with Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely cost-effective and compliant sourcing of equipment and services.

The position supports multiple programs across Southeast Asia Hong Kong Japan South Korea Australia New Zealand and the Middle East playing a critical role in driving value supplier performance and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities for equipment and services to support multiple programs across the APAC region.
• Develop and execute program sourcing strategies aligned with business goals profitability cash flow and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Program Managers to create sourcing plans define deliverables and ensure on-time execution.
• Manage end-to-end RFQ processes including commercial evaluations supplier selection and award recommendations.
• Oversee procurement activities to ensure compliance with program schedules specifications budgets and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to optimize and synergize the regional supplier base.
• Continuously evaluate and manage critical supplier performance in collaboration with program teams.
• Ensure sourcing activities adhere to international trade compliance tariffs and local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Indirect Category Managers on group-managed categories (e.g. freight).

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering or a related discipline.
• 45 years of experience in program or project-based procurement managing simultaneous programs across multiple categories.
• Strong knowledge of project procurement practices cost structures and commercial negotiations.
• Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization.
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint.
