SiC Process Architect (mfd)

About the role

What you will do

• Contribute as process designer/architect in product development projects together in a multi-disciplinary team with product experts process and production engineers as well as quality engineers

• Develop modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete power products like diodes MOSFET based on SiC

• Drive complex situations to team solutions

• Lead projects that execute process development tasks

• Build up know how (technical & procedures) in silicon wafer products and processes

• Build up and maintain external and internal contacts in own field of experience

• Investigate competitor processes and technologies

What you will need

• Minimum Masters degree in engineering field preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics

• Minimum 5 years relatable work experience depending on educational credentials

• Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology with focus on SiC

• Hands on experience in wafer processing at the required equipment

• Able to solve complex tasks with high accuracy

• Team player with a strong drive to achieve success

• Good organization and planning skills

• Good communication skills and fluency in English and German both written and spoken
