Job Summary
Were Hiring: Support Agent SSI Spain/Portugal (Full-Time Based in Madrid)
HybridMadrid 8-hour shift 1-hour break (5 days/week)
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Agent/ Administrative & Operations Assistant to join our SSI team. Youll work behind the scenes to bring magical experiences to life across the Spain/Portugal region while being based in Madrid.
The ideal candidate is highly organized hands-on comfortable taking ownership of tasks and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.
What Youll Do
Youll play a key role in supporting our internal teams ensuring that artists management travel logistics and administrative processes are always on point. Youll manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks:
Internal & Cross-Team Support
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers on show calendars stakeholders involved and operational needs for each event
- Maintain visibility across tasks timelines and deliverables related to artist and event operations
- Keep internal tools (Jira Slack Airtable) updated and organized to ensure smooth cross-team collaboration
Travel Management & Operational Support
- Plan and track travel accommodation and artist-related expenses against agreed budgets flagging deviations when needed
- Prepare and share detailed itineraries and agendas with artists
- Act as an operational point of contact for changes cancellations or last-minute adjustments
- Support the operational execution by anticipating needs and resolving issues as they arise
Operational & Administrative Support:
- Manage artist onboarding and documentation including contracts and hire orders in coordination with Legal and Project Managers
- Assist with event setup and launch by creating and validating experiences in internal tools
- Support invoice management classification and cost allocation in coordination with Finance and Project Managers
- Assist with back-office updates ensuring information is accurate consistent and properly documented
- Proactively support venue research and initial outreach when needed
Youll work closely with our team spread across Spain Portugal and remotely contributing to the smooth operation of some of Fevers most beloved scalable experiences.
What You Bring
- You live in Madrid and are legally eligible to work here
- You speak Spanish & English fluently. Portuguese is a plus!
- Experience in structured operations support or admin roles
- Strong attention to detail process orientation and follow-through
- Comfort with tools like Jira Airtable Slack Google Workspace (or quick to learn)
- A team-first mindset clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
- Ability to juggle tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Familiarity with events production or the music industry
