Real Estate Agent – Costa Blanca (All Languages)

& are expanding our team on the Costa Blanca and we are looking for driven individuals who want to succeed in real estate.

This is a commission-based position for self-employed (autónomo) agents.

This is a performance-based role with high earning potential.

You must:

• Be currently living on the Costa Blanca
• Have strong knowledge of the local areas and developments
• Be motivated to work in a commission-only environment
• Be ready to work hard and build your own success

- Experience in real estate is a strong advantage
- Strong sales experience local knowledge can also be considered

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work with pre-qualified international buyers
• Conduct online meetings and property viewings
• Sell new developments across Costa Blanca
• Guide clients from first contact to closing
• Manage follow-ups and update clients in CRM (HubSpot)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You live on the Costa Blanca and know the areas well
• You speak English any additional language (Dutch German French Polish Scandinavian etc.)
• You have sales experience and a strong closing mindset
• You are ambitious structured and results-driven
• You are willing to work as self-employed (autónomo)
• You have a car and driving licence
