Job Summary
Our client a major bank in New York City is looking for Java Full Stack Engineer
This is hybrid commute 2/3 days per week in the office.
** Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in US - NO H1 Visa support for this role
Salary range 165-185K plus around 20% bonus plus great benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement payment integration strategies aligned with business goals
- Design and create scalable payment solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payment systems
- Participate actively in the full lifecycle of payment solutions
- Integrate with current transaction monitoring mechanisms for fraud prevention
- Work closely with payment gateways and service providers as necessary
- Ensure compliance with information security standards
- Adhere to industry regulations and standards
- Stay informed about emerging payment technologies and trends.
Essential Skills:
- 10-12 years of hands-on development experience
- Strong programming skills in Java Python JavaScript and Angular
- Significant experience in developing APIs using web services (e.g. REST SOAP) and microservices
- Ability to develop cloud-native applications particularly in an OpenShift environment
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines testing methodologies and automation
- Experience with Fedwire SWIFT CHIPS and other payment gateways
- Knowledge of database systems and transaction processing
- Experience with middleware integration platforms like MQ and Kafka
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Education:
- Masters degree in computer science is highly desired.
