About the Role

Essity is looking for an experienced Business Controlling Analyst. TheBusiness Controlling Analystsupports the business unit (BU) with financial analysis including all aspects of profit center accounting and control cost and operationalanalysisand financialsystems and procedures in adherence with prescribed corporate policies and BU guidelines.This roleis responsibleforsupportingthe globaloperations capital expendituresmaterial purchase analysis and headcountreportingand maintenance of product costfor theProduct SupplyMedical (H&M) division of Essity.

The rolereports andanalyzes the financial performance of H&MProduct Supplyagainst predefined targets and proposes corrective actions to improve performance for the areas of responsibility. The role supports theorganizationin driving and ensuring successfulfinancial managementcontroland analysis.

What You Will Do

Provide financial analysis for theproduct supply organization ensuringspendis effective and in line with budget targets and implement corrective action where necessary.
Support monthly consolidation and reporting of financialsand preparation of financial plans.
Support the consolidation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes acrossareas of responsibilityincluding preparing PowerPoint slides for various management presentations.
Support variance analysis of financials during the monthly close process versus budget prioryearand latest forecast.
Fulfill ad-hoc requests from different functionalgroupsin a timely manner.
Utilize data and analyticstools to create insights and intelligence that drive better decision making and effectiveness.
Responsible foranalysis and reporting within global operations capital expenditures material purchase analysis headcount reporting and maintenance of product costs.
Perform other essential business functions as.
Participate in cross business Controlling Networkactivities.
Follow controlling standards IFRSand other Essitypolicies.

Who You Are

4-6years of financial analyst experience
Advanced Excel skills proficient in SAPPowerPointand Word.
Knowledge of Business WarehousePowerBIand AARO Business System ispreferred
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Proven problem solving andcollaboratingskills
Requires strong presentation and interpersonal skills and iscomfortable with frequentinternalcustomerinteraction
Travel:Ability to travel (10%).
