Job Summary
Pay and Schedule:
- Hours for this position will be Monday-Friday 6:00am 2:30pm. Times may need to be adjusted to successfully perform the job.
- $25/hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report to the Customer Service Manager.
- Input customer orders.
- Resolve customer concerns.
- Partner with plant Production Shipping and Sales for accurate and timely scheduling and delivery.
- Develop customer relations for continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of Customer Service experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment
- The ability to work directly with customers and the production floor alike for a seamless process

Our Location:
Our Tomah WI plant is home to approximately 500 employees. This facility supplies insulating glass units with innovative functional quality to customers throughout the United States.
