Job Title: Sales & Relationship Associate (GTM Support)
Our client is redefining data security for unstructured data. Through their patented approach of duplication encryption fragmentation and distribution across user-owned cloud environments they eliminate single points of failure and ensure sovereign resilient data protection by design.
Their mission is to empower enterprises to reclaim ownership and control of their unstructured data while maintaining uninterrupted access even during breaches or outages.
They are expanding their commercial team and seeking a motivated Sales & Relationship Executive to support sales execution partner growth and customer on boarding.
Role Overview
This is a commercially focused hybrid role spanning sales support relationship management on boarding and marketing enablement.
You will work with clients resellers and channel partners to:
- Support deal progression
- Deliver product demonstrations
- Ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline reporting
- Assist in developing tailored value propositions
This role is ideal for someone early in their B2B SaaS career who wants exposure to enterprise cybersecurity sales and partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Channel Support
- Support the sales process across enterprise clients and resellers
- Follow up on technical queries and coordinate with the development team
- Support AWS / Azure / Oracle Marketplace engagement
- Assist with proposals and commercial documentation
- Assist in preparing tailored value propositions using AI tools and sector insights
- Track and update opportunities within the CRM
2. Client Demonstrations & Training
- Deliver product demonstrations of the clients DSM and related offerings
- Support client onboarding sessions
- Provide basic product training for client teams and partners
- Develop and update demo collateral (PowerPoint case studies workflows)
- Assist at sales and marketing events
3. CRM Reporting & Commercial Operations
- Maintain Zoho CRM with discipline and accuracy
- Support pipeline reporting and forecasting
- Assist in developing relationship management plans
- Track partner engagement activity
- Prepare internal commercial reports
4. Client Advocacy & UX Feedback
- Gather client feedback on product usage and experience
- Identify onboarding friction points
- Escalate feedback to product and development teams
- Support continuous improvement of the client experience

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 23 years experience in B2B SaaS sales support account management or commercial operations
- Confident presenting solutions to business stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Commercially curious with strong relationship instincts
- Able to coordinate between sales and technical teams
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity
