Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist Partnering with Managers Globally & Driving Employer Branding Initiatives

Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in shaping both our organisation and our culture. As we continue to grow and scale globally attracting the right people in the right way is essential to our long-term success.

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global HR team based in this role you will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes and act as a close partner to hiring managers across the business. You will also play an active role in employer branding initiativeshelping to create compelling content and strengthen our visibility in key talent markets.

Our business operates in a regulated industry with high complexity where we recruit complex specialist roles across functions seniorities and geographies including the key areas below:

  • Commercial including both regional and central functions such as field sales and marketing positions operating in complex regulated and highly specialised markets (B2B2C).
  • Product development including QA RA Clinical Affairs and R&D positions supporting regulatory approval.
  • Manufacturing / Operations including Process Engineers Production Project Managers and Supply Chain roles responsible for our manufacturing sites ensuring operational excellence and compliance.
  • Corporate including Finance Legal HR Office and other central corporate functions supporting our global operations.

You will join a collaborative Global HR team that values pragmatism transparency and a business-first mindset. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and work closely with our Talent Acquisition Specialist HR Partners (internal title: Talent Enablement Partners) and the wider HR team to enable growth capability-building and scientific excellence.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment & stakeholder partnership

  • Lead full recruitment processes from start to finish in close collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor supporting managers in driving structured high-quality and scalable recruitment processes.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience while balancing speed quality and business needs.

Sourcing attraction & screening

  • Drive proactive and strategic sourcing for both high-volume roles and complex specialist roles with high requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize screening activities in environments with large candidate inflows while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Use data market insights and recruitment analytics to guide decisions and continuously improve outcomes.

Employer Branding & content

  • Work with Employer Branding initiatives across multiple channels including career site blog posts company magazine LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Create and adapt content in collaboration with HR Marketing and other important stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strengthening our employer value proposition and visibility in relevant talent markets.

Continuous improvement

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of a more dedicated and scalable global Talent Acquisition setup including ways of working tools and processes.
  • Apply and promote evidence-based and structured recruitment methodologies with a business-oriented mindset across the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and selected HR and TA-related projects in collaboration with the global HR team and the business.
