Global Compensation & Benefits plays a vital role in our People strategy to bring out the best in everyone. As specialists in People Experience we stay curious about developments across all HR areas while staying on top of business challenges. Our purpose is to co-create solutions and support our global organization with expertise tailored to local needs. The changing environment has transformed how we collaboratewe now apply agile work methods including scrum teams.
What youll do
- Operate share-based programs ensuring optimal functionality and compliance
- Liaise with internal and external partners such as banks lawyers and consultants
- Collaborate with colleagues in Compensation & Benefits HR Finance and Legal across the Group
- Support coach and train employee share plan representatives in each country
- Act as point of contact for escalation resolution and interpretation of share-based program policies
- Develop and lead worldwide employee education and communications on equity compensation matters
- Stay current on global equity compensation practices including accounting tax and legal requirements
- Own and lead the global work with pay range policy and procedure
- Act as project leader for global digital developments in Comp and ben
- Act as the point of contact for general comp and ben issues within a geographical area of Volvo Cars
What youll bring
- Degree in Economics Business Administration Law or equivalent
- Proven experience with share/stock plan administration and set-up
- Proven track record in driving digital project
- Broad global experience within Comp and Ben
- Experience in consulting or project management
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively and deliver results with high quality and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to draw conclusions from data legislation and regulations
- Experience with Power BI and data analytics tools
- Experience working with a broker or vendor for equity plan management and administration
