As a Talent Acquisition Partner youll lead recruitments from start to finish. Youll act as an advisor to hiring managers helping shape the future of Telia by identifying and attracting exceptional talent at leadership and specialist levels.

Youll work across our countries and focus on commercial roles collaborating with hiring managers and colleagues in Talent Acquisition. Every recruitment mattersand youll play a key role in building diverse collaborative teams that drive Telia forward.

Is this you

Youre someone who thrives in a dynamic international environment. You have proven experience in talent acquisitioneither in-house or at an agencyand you know how to manage complex recruitments with confidence.

Youre independent proactive and open to change. You enjoy working with colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds and youre always ready to take on a new challenge.

Your experience includes:

• Extensive experience in the talent acquisition field including experience with manager-level and senior specialist recruitment
• End-to-end ownership of the recruitment process
• Experience with leadership and competency assessments
• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through digital tools such as LinkedIn recruiter
• Proven ability to build trust and manage stakeholders
• Excellent communication skillswritten spoken and in presentations
• Fluency in English & Swedish (spoken and written)
