1.基于市场洞察围绕外科业务战略推进外科专业教育策略在区域高效专业智能落地
2.与外科业务团队充分沟通合作制定符合区域术式发展现状的专业教育培训项目做好区域培训中心梯队化发展规划推进区域各层级培训中心持续开展培训并有序发展
3.了解并掌握外科术式发展现状及趋势与区域各层级讲师建立长期沟通与合作机制不断优化课程设计运行培训课程并做好区域讲师梯队发展与建设
4.基于外科成长动线做好区域学员分级体系建设和培训规划具备基础技能和术式基础内容的专业授课能力
5.了解并掌握数字化教育新工具与平台熟练运用于相关培训项目中能够运用数字化工具分析区域中心讲师学员发展现状并持续改进
