Senior FP&A Analyst

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze monthly financial results variances and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare management reports and presentations with clear insights and recommendations.

Business Partnering

• Work closely with operations sales and other departments to provide financial guidance.
• Support decision-making through scenario analysis cost-benefit evaluations and ROI assessments.

Process Improvement & Controls

• Identify opportunities to enhance FP&A processes tools and reporting efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.

Analysis & Strategic Projects

• Support special projects such as pricing strategies investment evaluations and market analysis.

Team Leadership & Development

• Provide training and guidance to enhance analytical and business partnering capabilities.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (Masters degree or professional certification such as CPA/CMA/ACCA is a plus).

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance-related functions with strong exposure to cost analysis and financial planning.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
• Experience with SAP or Onestream systems is strongly preferred.
• Able to use PowerBI/Tableauhave knowledge for database

Language Skills:

• Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions.
