Are you a driven candidate with solid experience If so we are looking for you! We are growing rapidly and looking for Rubber Lab Tech who will partner with our growing team. The role is located at our Fort Worth TX PTA location. You will be responsible for providing quality products to our customers in a timely cost-efficient manner.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide complete high level customer products/service and support for customers and other facilities.

Process requests of Rubber Lab Lead in an accurate and timely manner.

Diagnose departmental issues and communicate issues with Rubber Lab Lead.

Stay up to date on all procedure or process changes and utilize appropriate tools to improve process efficiency.

Provide high quality workmanship.

Requirements

The person in this position frequently communicates with others who have operational inquiries.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Dexterity required to utilize power tools and other tools required to do the job.

Ability to work in a safe environment and respect those around you.

Must be able to observe and interpret operational data.

Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance.

Ability to perform responsibilities at the designated site for designated hours as assigned excluding holidays and PTO.

Ability to work without direct supervision.

Various projects as assigned



Education and Experience:

Proficient in all rubber testing duties except for using the tester.

Understands rubber class and type and corresponding voltages and cleaning requirements.

Experience working in a results-oriented team environment.

Exceptional time management skills.

Ability to enter data into computer or tablet.
