Seeking a hands-on Developer with a focus on automation and AI tools to help streamline workflows and improve productivity across the organization. This role involves designing Python-based scripts leveraging platforms like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT and collaborating with teams to deliver efficient scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate workflows data processes and routine tasks.
Integrate and apply AI tools (Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT etc.) to support development documentation and internal productivity.
Partner with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into practical solutions.
Troubleshoot debug and optimize scripts and automation pipelines.
Document code processes and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in Python with proven experience in scripting and automation.
Familiarity with AI/automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT or similar).
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working across multiple phases.
Experience writing clean maintainable code and debugging effectively.
Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with APIs automation platforms (e.g. Zapier Power Automate) or cloud environments.
CI/CD knowledge or handson experience with build and deployment pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions gearset Jenkins GitLab CI).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and automated testing practices.
Exposure to DevOps practices including deployment automation and environment management.
Background in IT operations or data analysis.
Knowledge of prompt engineering or conversational AI workflows.
Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
