Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI Engineer to lead the development of advanced AI systems focusing on agentic AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI model architecture natural language processing machine learning and AI agent design to create autonomous intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and optimize agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and goal-oriented behaviors.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation techniques to enhance AI responses with external knowledge bases.
• Develop scalable AI models and pipelines for complex tasks involving NLP reasoning and knowledge integration.
• Explore and incorporate latest advances in AI reinforcement learning and agentic architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists engineers and product managers to deploy AI solutions.
• Conduct research to stay at the forefront of agentic AI RAG and related AI methodologies.
• Evaluate and improve model performance through experimentation and rigorous testing.
• Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines safety standards and data privacy regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AI/ML model development particularly in NLP RAG and agent-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of transformer architectures knowledge retrieval techniques and reinforcement learning.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch TensorFlow or similar.
• Familiarity with knowledge graph construction semantic search and information retrieval.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with cloud AI deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science AI or related fields.
• Published research or contributions in AI NLP or agentic AI areas.
• Experience with large language models and generative AI.
• Knowledge of safety alignment and ethics in AI development.
