The Campus Relations Coordinator will play an integral role in growing our law school outreach and summer associate recruiting efforts. The coordinator will alsoassistwith firm events work as a liaison between the firm and law schools work closely with other members of the legal recruiting and legal talent departments andassistwith other tasks andprojects asassigned.
The positioncan bebased inourHouston Dallas or Austinoffices. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hoursincludingevening andweekendswill beduring peak recruiting seasons.Some travel will be.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the creation of a campus recruiting strategy by school and help manage all on-campus activities event planning and execution thatfacilitatesthe candidateselectionand interviewing process.
- Develop strong relationships with Career Services Offices and students while collaborating internally with firm colleagues and partners tofacilitatethe networking and branding of the firm at targeted universities.
- Helpidentifytarget schools and programs tofocusrecruitment efforts effectively.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics andKPIsto measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment initiatives.
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making andoptimizefuture recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate and update interviewer training recruiting materials for on-campus interviews and events handouts etc.
- Manage the on-campus interviewing process early interviewprogramsand resume collection.
- Collaborate with local recruiters toutilizea variety of sourcing methods including campus events job postings social media and referrals to attract high-potential candidates.
- Manage sponsorships at national and regional law schools.
- Maintaindatabaseof all sponsorships and events.

Qualifications andjob relatedskills:
- Bachelorsdegree.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a professionalservices officeenvironment andpreviouslegal recruitment experience is preferred.
- Possessexcellent interpersonal andcommunicationsskills; both written and oral.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
- Attention to detail accuracyresponsivenessand excellent organizational skills.
- General knowledge of Microsoft OfficeincludingWordExceland PowerPoint as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- Overtime isfor this position especially during the summer program OCI and call-back days. Overtime canbein excess of20 hours a week.
- Position requires overnight travel for on-campus recruiting events throughout the year
