As a Business Management Associate within Corporate Advisory you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business performance and supporting strategic objectives. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional partners helping to coordinate the deployment of resources and drive key initiatives. You will build a broad network across the firm gaining exposure to multiple asset classes and sustainability-focused projects. Your contributions will help advance the firms goals in sustainable development and climate transition while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
Job responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Advisory business in executing strategic and tactical objectives.
- Collaborate with Front Office Sustainability Strategy Risk Finance Compliance Legal and other internal functions.
- Provide leverage to management through process development controls technology solutions and project management.
- Represent the group in various forums and support the Global Business Manager as a trusted advisor.
- Drive business performance management including business reviews competitive positioning and resource management.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues and risks impacting the business.
- Understand and enhance market and climate-related data management frameworks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective execution of priorities.
- Draft high-impact presentations and documentation for senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal counterparts across the firm.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience with or interest in investment banking sustainability climate transition or adaptation.
- Robust understanding of investment banking products and broader corporate advisory solutions.
- Relevant professional qualifications in finance accounting economics or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical critical thinking and quantitative analysis skills.
- Proficient in Excel modeling and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to convey information clearly accurately and succinctly.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced high-performance environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
