Maintenance Operator

Overview and main duties

At Prysmian we are looking for an Electromechanical Technician to join our team. Based in Bogotá Colombia the role involves providing technical support and ensuring the availability and reliability of plant equipment.

Main responsibilities

Carry out the activities indicated in the work orders and maintain the physical plant and equipment in good condition Report any irregularities found in the operation of machinery or support equipment Perform corrective maintenance participate in preventive maintenance and support industrial assemblies. Comply with established safety guidelines and promote safety at work. Comply with the environmental programme and the use of chemical substances Comply with the Matrix of Roles Responsibilities and Authorities in relation to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Keep workstations and workshops in good order and clean complying with the 6S culture.

Who are we looking for

• Electromechanical technician/technologist
• More than 2 years experience
• Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC programming industrial fieldbuses instrumentation and control systems
• Electrical/electronic maintenance programming language (Java Visual Basic) pneumatics hydraulics.
• Handling and control of hazardous energies. Industrial assemblies.
• Certification for working at heights and CONTE card (or equivalent)

En Prysmian estamos buscando un Técnico electromecánico para unirse a nuestro equipo. Con sede en Bogotá -Colombia con el objetivo de dar soporte técnico garantizar disponibilidad y confiabilidad de equipos en planta.

Principales responsabilidades

Cumplir con las actividades indicadas en las órdenes de trabajo y mantener la planta física y equipos en buen estado Informar cualquier irregularidad encontrada en el funcionamiento de las maquinaria o equipos de apoyo Atender los mantenimientos correctivos participar del mantenimiento preventivo y apoyar los montajes industriales. Cumplir lineamientos de seguridad establecidos y promover la seguridad en el trabajo. Cumplir con el programa ambiental y el uso de sustancias químicas Cumplir con la Matriz de Roles Responsabilidades y Autoridades frente al Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo Mantener puestos de trabajo y talleres en orden adecuado y aseo cumpliendo la cultura de 6s.

A quién buscamos

• Técnico / tecnólogo en electromecánica eléctrica o a fines
• Experiencia superior a 2 años
• Conocimientos en programación de PLCs Allen Bradley y Siemens Bases de campo industrial Instrumentación y control de sistemas
• Mantenimiento eléctrico/electrónico lenguaje de programación (java Visual Basic) Neumática Hidráulica.
• Manejo y control de energías peligrosas y montajes industriales.
• Certificación de trabajo en alturas y tarjeta CONTE (o equivalente)
