We are looking for you to join our growing team as a full-time (40 hours per week) as Head of Corporate Finance (m/f/d).
Your mission
- You lead Vulcans project finance and debtfunding strategy managing the existing projectfinance structure lender communications and financial models.
- You build maintain and expand strong relationships with key lenders investors and financial institutions while overseeing all projectfinance and debt advisors.
- You lead duediligence processes and reporting requirements for new and ongoing projects negotiating financial terms and managing all projectfinance contracts.
- You ensure full compliance with financial regulations and reporting obligations preparing and presenting highquality financial reports to senior management the board and external stakeholders.
- You coordinate financial activities across all funding sources providing clear guidance to internal teams on projectfinance documentation obligations and reporting.
- You colead the development of Vulcans internal financial riskmanagement framework in collaboration with the Risk and Legal functions.
- You oversee financial modelling scenario analyses deal structuring and execution for new projects and prepare investment materials.
Your profile
- You hold tertiary qualifications in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a related field supported by strong financial acumen and numeracy.
- You bring extensive experience in debt structuring documentation and negotiation ideally with a proven track record in project finance.
- You build credibility with lenders and key stakeholders through excellent leadership communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- You demonstrate strong negotiation capabilities and experience drafting and reviewing financial documentation with precision and clarity.
- You possess advanced financialanalysis skills with a structured detailoriented and solutionsfocused approach.
- You are independent proactive and able to operate effectively in complex fastmoving environments.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English enabling you to engage confidently across diverse stakeholder groups.
