Werden Sie Werkstudentinin unserem Metals Purchasing Teamund sammeln Sie praktische Erfahrungen in einem internationalen Einkaufsumfeld. Sie unterstützen die täglichen Einkaufsprozesse arbeiten mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen und tragen zu Prozessverbesserungen bei die echten Mehrwert schaffen.

Ihr Beitrag zum Erfolg von Prysmian:

Wir suchen einen Werkstudent:inim Bereich Purchasing (Metals Team)für unser Büro in Berlin Neustadt b. Coburg oder Nürnberg (Startzeitpunkt: April 2026). Ihre Aufgaben:

• Tägliche Bearbeitung von Bestellanforderungen in SAP gemäß den Vorgaben der Lead Buyer oder in Abstimmung mit dem Einkaufsteam.

• Eigenständige Klärungauftragsbezogener Themen gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen anderer Abteilungen.

• Pflege und Nachverfolgung vonAuftragsbestätigungen.

• Tägliche Kommunikation mit Lieferanten sowie regelmäßige Teilnahme an Lieferantengesprächen oder VorOrtBesuchen.

• Analyse und Lösung von Rechnungsabweichungen über unser SNOWTool.

• Erstellung und Versand von Angebotsanfragen (RFQs) sowie Erarbeitung von Angebotsvergleichen zur Unterstützung optimaler Entscheidungen.

• Möglichkeit ein eigenes Prozessverbesserungsprojekt zu leiten und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Einkaufsprozesse aktiv voranzutreiben.

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Laufende technische oder wirtschaftsbezogene Studien mit mindestens drei abgeschlossenen Semestern.

• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Ausgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.

• Hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

• Analytische und lernorientierte Arbeitsweise.

• Gute MSOfficeKenntnisse und SAPErfahrung sind von Vorteil.

About the role:

Join our Metals Purchasing Team as a Working Student and gain handson experience in an international procurement environment. You will support daily purchasing operations collaborate with crossfunctional teams and contribute to process improvements that make a real impact.

Your contribution to Prysmians Success:

We are looking for a Working Student in Purchasing (Metals Team) to join our office in Berlin; Neustadt b. Coburg or Nürnberg (starting month: April 2026) you will:

• Daily processing of order requirements in SAP in accordance with the guidelines of the Lead Buyers or in coordination with the purchasing team.

• Independent clarification of orderrelated issues together with colleagues from other departments.

• Maintenance and followup of order confirmations.

• Daily communication with suppliers and periodic participation in supplier meetings or onsite visits.

• Analysis and resolution of invoice discrepancies using our SNOW tool.

• Preparation and submission of requests for quotations (RFQs) and creation of offer comparisons to support optimal decisionmaking.

• Opportunity to lead your own process improvement project and contribute to the continuous development of our purchasing processes.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

• Ongoing technical or businessrelated studies with at least three semesters of study experience.

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• High level of initiative and sense of responsibility.

• Strong analytical and learningoriented mindset.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP are an advantage.
