About the job:
AR settlement timely and accurately with ERP system
Handle Interco related activities and work with GL team to meet closing schedule
AR aging report submitting and analysis long aging items on monthly basis
Bad debt analysis and provision proposal
Perform balance sheet reconciliations in related to AR accounts
Manage and maintain customer master info
Conduct customer credit evaluate and review with business unit
Support internal and external auditors for any AR related matters
Collaborate with counterparts in the finance processes (e.g. Finance Shared Service Center and controlling team)
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports per requirement
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the leader
What you know:
University education major in finance / accounting or equivalent
35 years AR team working experience credit control experience is a plus
Proficient in ERP MS Dynamics 365 is preferred
Proficient in office Software especially good at Excel and PP presentation
Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional team
