Major Tasks & responsibilities:

1) Assist in the S/4HANA migration project by learning updated AP processes and procedures including changes to invoice processing and payment workflows. Support the project team with basic testing tasks and reporting issues;

2) Perform booking of supplier invoices ensuring all legal and fiscal requirements are met and corporate compliance regulations adhered to;

3) Identify/communicate any mismatches in the booking of supplier invoices;

4) Keep learning process SOP and follow SOP strictly in daily operation;

5) Achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements;

6) Well aware of AP process KPIs and contribute to meet the KPI target;

7) Properly communicate process issues in his/her area to senior accountants/team leader in timely manner;

8) Willing to back up for each other / cross process and support ad hoc tasks assigned by team leader.

Qualifications & Education:

A bachelor degree preferable in finance and accounting.

Skills/experiences:

Good Mandarin and English both written and oral

Better to have relevant accounting knowledge

Familiar with MS office better to have SAP experience Be able to work under pressure Buy-in company value Stress handling be able to work under pressure Be flexible to take multi tasks and different task

Additional Job Description

Certified Public Accountant or comparable professional education

Professional Experience in Accounting Functions with solid SAPunderstanding

Excellent oral and written communication skills

English language skills mandatory any other language isbeneficial

Proficient in MS Office
