Recording and maintaining IC payments received in a timely and accurate manner

Generating and sending out invoices to customers

Verifying discrepancies and resolving clients billing issues

Processing and recording transactions adjusting entries and ensuring financial records are complete and accurate

Establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with customers and sales departments

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Work with the accounting team to perform annual audits
