WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Participate in Knowledge Transfer Sessions with the outgoing vendor to understand DOP-TS business logic workflows and process dependencies.
Shadow the vendors Business Analysts to learn how requirements are gathered refined and translated into development tasks.
Perform Reverse Shadowing taking over tasks under vendor supervision to validate readiness for full responsibility.
Document business processes rules and functional behaviors to build a complete knowledge base
Identify gaps ambiguities or risks related to business requirements and ensure these are captured and addressed
Takeover of BA responsibilities from requirement clarification to stakeholder coordination.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
Strong understanding of order processes ideally within the Volkswagen Group context and familiarity with the NADIN system.
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams during complex transitions or handovers.
Solid analytical skills to understand and interpret existing business rules process flows and documentation.
Nice-to-have skills
Experience communicating with multiple stakeholder groups including business IT and vendor teams.
Experience in transition insourcing or vendor-to-vendor handover projects.
Basic technical understanding of data flows interfaces or API-driven processes to support cross-functional knowledge transfer.
Experience documenting complex enterprise workflows in a structured and scalable way.
Experience with xsd xslt xpath and xml
German language
