Internal Audits mission is to provide independent objective assurance and advisory activities designed to add value improve the operations and safeguard the assets of Carlsberg Group. Despite current and future worlds uncertainties we will continue to fulfil our mission and adapting now more than ever to the changing business needs. Group Internal Audit (GIA) supports the company in accomplishing its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Carlsbergs governance risk management and internal controls. The main objective is to assist the Supervisory Board through the Audit Committee and the Executive Committee in the effective discharge of their responsibilities in line with the GIA Charter.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Support Group Internal Audit (GIA) in the execution of the annual Audit Plan.
• Participate in audit engagements across different business areas and regions.
• Assist in performing walkthroughs control testing and audit fieldwork.
• Support documentation of processes risks and controls.
• Help analyze data and evidence to identify risks control gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Gain exposure to ERP systems (including SAP).
• Support the preparation of audit working papers reports and presentations.
• Contribute to data analytics and automation initiatives supporting audit activities.
• Gain a practical understanding of how an Internal Audit function operates in a multinational organization..

We are looking for colleagues who

• Have solid analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Are interested in business processes internal controls and risk management.
• Are currently pursuing studies in business finance accounting and economics.
• Have basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel Power BI an advantage).
• Enjoy working in an international environment
• Can turn ideas into actions and work in a structured manner.
• Are advanced in English both written and spoken.
