We are looking for a Service Sales Engineer:
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Accompany assigned customers throughout the entire lifecycle from project execution to after-sales service.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for selling spare parts technical services audits upgrades small projects and service-related products connected to our extrusion solutions.
- Build strong long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that add value.
- Work closely with engineering and technical service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular reports to management.
- Develop innovative strategies to grow the assigned market.
- Achieve and deliver projections for Order Intake Sales and Gross Margin for your customer portfolio.
- He/she is responsible for executing the strategy of the area and provide a reliable country Food service execution.
- Delivery of top-quality service execution.
- First point of customer contact for service execution.
- Generate new opportunities for Spare parts upgrades tooling and Food services.
- Close contact with customer for maintaining good relationship.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering as a standard.
- Profound experience in Extrusion and Pasta industrial engineering organization(s) as proven by:
- Proven (minimum 4 year) service sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of GEA products and services particularly in pasta extrusion systems.
- Minimum English level: B2.
- Familiarity with the Pasta Extrusion industry.
