Job Description

Finance Analysts at Traveloka play a pivotal role in streamlining business processes across Product Finance and Accounting ensuring seamless integration of new products and features into financial workflows and recordings.

They are expected to be able to apply their expertise in accounting and core financial principles and practices to a variety of responsible financial accounting and/or fiscal functions. They will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders from various departments and backgrounds such as business analysts software engineers product team finance team and other stakeholders to identify finance requirements and impacts of each initiative; also drive the process improvement to enhance efficiency.

Finance Analysts at Traveloka are considered as the strategic minds behind the business process.

Their work will often be project-based involving impact analysis requirements gathering and looking over and proposing data modeling reporting and financial analysis to integrate our products with our finance tools

Additionally they will also play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reporting data particularly during the critical Accounting Month-End Closing process. Their efforts will directly contribute to reliable financial reporting and the companys overall success.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree from a top/reputable University in Finance Accounting Information Technology or Information System.
At least 2-3 years experience in finance or accounting related fields.
Experienced and exposed with a technology company startup consulting or accounting firm desired.
Experienced with Accounting Treasury Tax or ERP system which could include Anaplan Oracle SAP or similar.
Knowledgeable financial reporting and accounting practices.
Experience in analyzing financial data desired.
Experience with financial audits desired.
Project-based work experience desired.
System implementation experience desired.
Have basic understanding in common technology for custom and packaged applications

Additional Requirements

Have working experience from top-tier IT/Finance/Big 4 consulting firms in the area of advisory/management consultants technology companies and other relevant industries.
Have experience in business process improvement.
