Le poste sera rattaché au département Global Operations Rolling Stock and Components (RSC) au sein de léquipe Smart Ops. Process & Tools Integration qui est chargée daccompagner léquipe Industrialisation dans la définition et le déploiement des méthodes et outils pour nos équipes opérationnelles en industrialisation des produits ainsi que dans la planification et lexécution de lensemble de la chaîne dapprovisionnement.
La feuille de route de transformation Smart Ops Process & Tools Integration sappuie sur la mise en œuvre dun paysage de solutions standardisées (dun système PLM à un MES via un socle ERP).
Nous accompagnons les régions dans les activités de mise en œuvre et de conduite du changement afin dassurer ladoption des processus et solutions.

Notre objectif est de tirer parti de lIntelligence Artificielle pour optimiser et automatiser les processus clés des métiers des opérations RSC (Industrialisation Planification industrielle Planification des matériaux Logistique Fabrication Tests Transport etc.) selon deux axes :

• Améliorer les processus opérationnels existants grâce à lautomatisation et à la prise de décision basée sur les données
• Créer de nouvelles capacités pour accroître lagilité réduire les délais et améliorer la précision sur lensemble de la chaîne de valeur.

Nous définissons différents types doutils IA (Data Mining Machine Learning IA Générative etc.) mais ils doivent être intégrés dans le paysage digital des opérations RSC.

Nous évaluons les technologies innovantes et les meilleures pratiques et élaborons des plans de mise en œuvre tout en garantissant lintégration des méthodes et outils sur le périmètre des opérations RSC.

OBJECTIF DU POSTE :

LExpert IA Opérations rattaché directement au Responsable du programme BI Opérations participera avec léquipe aux différentes étapes des projets IA :

• Compréhension et structuration des besoins
• Animation dateliers fonctionnels avec les experts métier et data
• Développement de Proof of Feasibility & Proof of Concept des outils IA
• Gestion de la validation et du déploiement sur sites pilotes
• Rédaction des spécifications techniques pour figer le périmètre avec le département IT (Digital Service)
• Animation dateliers techniques avec les experts IT et data
• Support à léquipe IT lors du développement de loutil IA industrialisé
• Définition et suivi de la feuille de route de déploiement de chaque outil IA
• Collecte des retours utilisateurs pour ajustements et maintenance des tableaux de bord

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

Développement des projets doutils IA :

• Pilotage du POF (Proof of Feasibility)

  • Conduire les études de faisabilité avec les équipes de développement ou fournisseurs externes
  • Valider les hypothèses techniques options darchitecture et contraintes dintégration
  • Garantir lalignement avec les besoins métier et les objectifs de coûts/délais

• Pilotage du POC (Proof of Concept) en collaboration avec les équipes Digital Systems pour concevoir et exécuter les POC

  • Support à la définition de larchitecture des points dintégration et de la conformité sécurité
  • Gestion de la transition du POC vers le déploiement industriel

Développement des outils IA :

• Accompagner le métier dans la formalisation des besoins et lévaluation des écarts
• Proposer larchitecture technique et les schémas logiques pour la stratégie dintégration
• Développer des applications en utilisant :
  • Langages : Python SQL JavaScript
  • Frameworks : TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn Pandas
  • Outils BI : Power BI QlikSense
  • Cloud : Azure
• Tester les développements avec des cas de test clairs et documenter les spécifications techniques

Déploiement et adoption des outils IA :

• Superviser le déploiement des applications et garantir une intégration fluide
• Suivre lutilisation et définir des plans daction pour améliorer ladoption
• Préparer la documentation pour la conduite du changement

PROFIL :

• Formation : Bac5 (Master 1 ou 2) École dingénieurs (Data Engineering)
• Expérience :
  • 8 ans en Data Analytics dans des environnements industriels
  • Solide expérience en développement IA/ML data science et architecture système
  • Maîtrise de Python SQL outils BI et plateformes cloud
  • Connaissance des intégrations API DevOps et méthodologies agiles
  • Expérience en environnements industriels ou opérationnels
  • Connaissance des cadres de transformation digitale et de la gouvernance des données
  • Notions de Process Mining & BI
• Compétences :
  • Bonne communication et capacité à travailler avec des équipes multiculturelles
  • Esprit analytique et synthétique

The position will be running under the Rolling Stock and Components (RSC) Global Operations department in the Smart Ops. Process & Tools Integration Team which is in charge of managing the Industrialization Team in the definition and deployment of methods & tools for our operational staff in Industrialization of our products and the planning and execution of the full supply chain.
Smart Ops Process & Tools Integration transformation roadmap leverages a standardized solution landscape implementation (from a PLM system to an MES through an ERP backbone).
We support regions in the implementation and change management activities in order to reach the adoption of the processes & solutions.

Our objective is to leverage Artificial Intelligence to optimize and automate key processes in RSC Operations Métiers (Industrialization Industrial Planning Material Planning Logistic Manufacturing Testing Transportation etc.) in two axis:

• Enhance existing operational processes through automation and data-driven decision-making
• Create new capabilities to increase agility reduce lead times and improve accuracy across the value chain.

We define different types of AI Tools (from Data mining Machining Learning Generative AI etc.) but they must be integrated in the RSC Operations Digital Landscape.

We evaluate innovative technologies and best practices and built implementation plan while ensuring Method & Tools integration on RSC Ops. perimeter.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

TheOps. Artificial Intelligence Expert reporting directly to the Operations BI Program Manager will participate within the team to the different steps of Artificial Intelligence Projects:

• The requirement understanding and structuration
• Lead functional workshops with Business & Data Management Experts
• Thedevelopment of Proof of Feasibility & Proof of Concept AI Tool
• Manage the validation & deployment on Pilot Sites.
• Write all the Technical Requirement to freeze the scope with our IT Department (Digital Service)
• Lead technical workshops with IT & Data Management Experts
• Support IT Team during the development of the industrialized AI Tool
• Define and follow the deployment Roadmap of each AI Tool
• And gathering users feedback for adjustment and maintenance dashboards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Artificial Intelligence Tools Development Project:

Leadership of POF (Proof of Feasibility)

• Lead feasibility studies with development teams or external suppliers.
• Validate technical assumptions architecture options and integration constraints.
• Ensure alignment with business needs and cost/time objectives.
• Leadership of POC (Proof of Concept) in collaboration with Digital Systems teams to design and execute POCs.
• Support architecture definition integration points and security compliance with Digital System
• Manage transition from POC to industrial deployment.

Artificial Intelligence Tools Development

• Support business in formalizing requirements and assessing gaps.
• Propose technical architecture and logical schemas for integration strategy.
• Develop applications using:
  • Languages: Python SQL JavaScript
  • Frameworks: TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn Panda
  • BI Tools: Power BI QlikSense

• • Test developments with clear test cases and document technical specifications.

Artificial Intelligence Tools Deployment & Adoption:

• Oversee application deployment and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Monitor usage and define action plans for adoption improvement.
• Prepare documentation for Change Management

PROFILE:

• Preferred Background

• Experience in industrial or operational environments.

• Knowledge of digital transformation frameworks and data governance.

• 8 years of experience in Data Analytics for Industry Companies
• Initial background: Engineering school graduation (Data Engineering)
• Strong experience in AI/ML development data science and system architecture

• Proficiency in Python SQL BI tools and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with API integration DevOps and agile methodologies

• Experience in Industrial or Operational environments
• Knowledge of Digital Transformation frameworks and data governance
• Notion about Process mining & BI
• Level of study: Master 1 or 2
• Languages: French & English (fluent reading writing & speaking)
• Good communication skills & ability to work with various teams in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong analytical and synthetic thinking
• Critical thinking & problem solving oriented
• Team player & results-oriented
• Experience in SAP ERP & Dassault Systèmes PLM appreciated
