What youll be doing
As a Translation Project Management Intern youll work alongside experienced Project Managers and get a behind-the-scenes look at how global language projects are delivered. Your day-to-day may include:
Supporting different stages of translation and localization projects
Helping to communicate and coordinate tasks with freelance translators proofreaders and other language vendors working remotely all over the world
Negotiating rates and deadlines with vendors
Maintaining strong professional relationships with both internal teams and external vendors
Preparing project files and job folders for translation
Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met with involved stakeholders
Assisting with administrative tasks like issuing purchase orders
Performing quality checks to ensure final deliverables meet client expectations ISO standards and any applicable industry regulations
