Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
- Develop relationships with business teams implement new processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Execute annual plans quarterly forecasts month end close and perform ad-hoc analyses.
- Create improve and maintain financial metrics reports and scorecards used for our business partners.
- Measure marketing programs by collecting analyzing and managing quantitative data to create meaningful analyses and models.
A day in the life
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with business owners will be an important part of this role which will require the need to work closely with finance leaders on a daily basis to understand and develop financial models and analytical insights. Strong ownership of the P&L and ability to help business partners understand month end close results and associated risks and opportunities is important. A bias for action is very important to help the business execute on their plans.
- 3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field or a Bachelors degree and experience in financial modeling P&L management or analysis
- MBA or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- 3 years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
