Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer

Construction safety certification

Masters in Dam/Hydropower or Construction Management

PMP or equivalent

FIDIC certification

International dam safety training
15 years in dam/hydropower projects.

10 years in construction supervision

Experience as Resident Engineer or similar

Experience in contractor management

Experience in FIDIC contracts

Experience in large hydro rehabilitation

International project experience

Experience with government/PPP projects

Experience in tunneling & underground works

Experience on multi-package projects
Dam and hydropower construction methods

Contract administration & claims

QA/QC systems

HSE standards

Strong reporting skills

Leadership and coordination

Advanced hydraulic/structural analysis

Cost control knowledge

Planning software (Primavera/MSP)

BIM/digital engineering

Stakeholder management at government level
