As part of our international expansion strategy across EMEA France is a key growth market for us. To further strengthen our presence we are looking for a dedicated Partner Manager who will build develop and strategically expand our partner ecosystem in France.

In this role you will act as the central point of contact for our French digital agencies system integrators and solution partners. Working closely with Sales Marketing and Product teams you will drive partner enablement joint go-to-market initiatives and sustainable revenue growth. Your mission is to establish long-term partnerships unlock market potential and position Shopware as a leading commerce platform in the French market.

  • YoutakefullownershipofbuildingandexpandingtheShopwarepartnerecosystemin France.

  • Youidentifyacquire andonboardnewdigitalagencies system integrators and solution partners(hunting)alignedwithourstrategicmarketpositioning.

  • Youdevelopandgrowexistingpartnerrelationships(farming)withaclearfocusonlong-termcollaborationandrevenuegrowth.

  • YoudefineandexecuteascalablepartnerstrategyfortheFrenchmarketinclosealignmentwithSales Marketing andProduct.

  • Youareresponsibleforachievingpipeline targetswithinyourpartnerportfolio.

  • Youenablepartnersthroughstructuredonboardingtrainingjointbusinessplanning andcontinuousperformancemanagement.

  • Youdrivejointgo-to-marketinitiativesco-marketingactivities andlocalecosystemeventstoincreasemarketawarenessanddemandgeneration.

  • YoucontinuouslyanalyzetheFrenche-commercelandscapecompetitiveenvironment andpartnerpotentialtosuggestrefiningourmarketapproach.

This is what youll bring to the table:

  • 3 years of experience in partner management channel sales business development or a comparable ecosystem-building role.

  • Proven success in market development partner acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Strong understanding of the French e-commerce system integrators and digital agencies landscape.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a growth environment.

  • High strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.

  • Strong negotiation presentation and stakeholder management skills at C-level and operational levels.

  • Professional proficiency in French and English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
