We are looking for a fixed term contract of 9 months as soon as possible based in Avignon.
Execute distribution planning activities for intermediates and finished goods from Naturals EAME sites to Naturals NOAM sites. Anticipate NOAM demand by building stock with taking into account the Naturals EAME production plans and constraints. Ensure agreed stock levels and service level for Naturals NOAM sites are met. Minimize write-offs and optimize inventory levels. Manage master data and strategy to replenish stock level. Monitor non conformance batches with Quality Lab. Confirm orders and communicate to Customer Care. Act as back-up during to execute production planning activities for intermediates and finished goods for Naturals EAME
Missions:
- Develop and execute supply plans from Naturals EAME production sites to NOAM balancing site constraints inventory targets and service levels.
- Monitor and optimise inventory levels to meet targets minimise writeoffs and ensure product availability.
- Review and analyse production requirements in MRP systems maintaining accurate planning parameters.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Supply Planning Customer Care Logistics Production Quality and Scheduling to resolve supply issues andsecure efficient material flow.
- Drive continuous improvement and costreduction initiatives formalise best practices and enhance overall process efficiency.
Profile:
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Operations Management Business Administration or equivalent
- 5 years experience in supply planning supply chain or production planning
- Knowledge of Production Planning Inventory Management Capacity Analysis Demand Supply and Supply Chain best practices
- Supply chain certifications (APICS 6 sigma ) preferred
- Experience in the flavour ingredient or fragrance industry preferred
- Strong working knowledge in planning. Preferably has experience with demand supply and or production.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Language Skills: English and other language(s) as required
