About the job
We are now looking for a passionate and driven individual to handle and answer all incoming spares questions within thetime frameset by thesegmentsorganization in a speedy andaccuratemanner and continuously improve the quote process.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Prioritize and assign incoming ticketsinService Now.
Create part number inMovex/ D365 (structured andpurchased).
Obtain purchase price and lead time (structured andpurchased).
UpdateMovex/ D365with relevant information.
Setcalculateor get PPL from Product Management / the segments.
Validate partnumbers.
Support / drive continuous improvements activitiesidentifiedand prioritized in the team.
Findthe correctsuppliers.
About you
You are an engaged and results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. With strong attention to detail you actively contribute to projects collaborate to solve challenges and ensure smooth processes. You are self-motivated able to prioritize effectively and work well under deadlines. Your problem-solving mindset combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills allows you to build strong relationships and drive impactful results.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in order handling customer service or supply chain management.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and cost analysis.
Proficiencyin order management systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry knowledge in PV ASME mechanical quality inspection and welding processes.
D365 finance and operations system skills will be great attitude
Strong negotiation skills and experience working in global teams.
Passion for learning and a proactive solution-oriented approach.
Bachelors or MBA in Project Management or a related field.
D365 finance and operations will bea greatasset.
