Ensure compliant and effective business processes

In this role you will support governance maintenance and application of NKTs Process Framework as part of the Integrated Management System. You will work closely with colleagues across functions to ensure processes standards and documentation are applied consistently and support daily operations as well as long-term scalability.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Support governance for improvement sustainability and consistent execution of business processes and related activities
• Ensure proper implementation usage and followup of Integrated Management System processes and standards across sites
• Support Management Reviews through coordination KPI consolidation reporting and followup of corrective actions
• Prepare training materials support employee training coordinate the Process Specialist/Modeler forum and support internal and external audits

You will report to the Head of QHSE Governance and collaborate with IT SAP Signavio support and multiple business units. The position is based in Karlskrona with occasional travel to other NKT locations.

You approach complex topics with curiosity demonstrate persistence in long-term initiatives and are comfortable balancing daily operational needs with a broader organizational perspective. You communicate clearly and enjoy supporting others in adopting shared ways of working.

You also have:

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Experience from process management or process improvement initiatives
• Experience supporting change management in an organization
• Familiarity with management system tools such as M-Files PLM or SAP Signavio
• Ability to communicate professionally in Swedish and English
