Pricing Software Business Expert (mfd)

PPG AC EMEA is rolling out PriceFX a modern pricing platform that will transform the way we manage prices across the region. This major initiative integrates multiple ERPs and CRM systems into one smart ecosystem - and we are looking for a Pricing Software Business Expert who will help shape optimize and implement future pricing processes within this tool.

In this role you will connect business teams system capabilities and process excellence. You will map and redesign pricing workflows support system adoption in local markets coordinate the Super User community and drive continuous improvement through enhancements and new functionalities.

Work Model: Hybrid (3 office days)

Responsibilities:

• Gather and coordinate pricing inputs from EMEA markets
• Map asis and design streamlined tobe pricing processes
• Work on commercial agreements project pricing promotions and offinvoice rebates
• Ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality
• Introduce PriceFX modules together with PRGM Leads

• Support and coordinate the PriceFX Super Users community
• Resolve issues escalated by Key Users and Super Users
• Collaborate closely with IT on issue resolution and ticket management
• Share best practices and support training using a trainthetrainer model
• Monitor PriceFX adoption and report process inconsistencies

• Capture and prioritize change requests
• Prepare business requirement specifications for IT
• Lead testing UAT and business acceptance
• Manage deployments and rollout new functionalities across EMEA

• Conduct training sessions and ensure knowledge continuity
• Support onboarding and nomination of new Super Users
• Define training needs and maintain strong communication within the network

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or related field
• Strong understanding of pricing processes
• Experience in gathering and translating business requirements
• Previous PriceFX or similar system experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP Sales & Service processes
• Background in Sales Customer Service or Marketing
• Project management experience
• Excellent communication skills ability to simplify complex topics
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Outlook)
• Creative analytical and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
