MetaPhase is supporting a clientwhichcollects analyzes and reports data related to projectand programmanagement activities. The team has been rapidly buildingsolutionsinPower Platform usingPower Apps and integratingother aspects of the Power Platform including Power Automate. Additionally theclientseeksto improveitsbusiness processes manage changeandimproveoverall data support of this project MetaPhase is seeking aPower AppsDeveloper Business analystwith 5 years of professional experience toassistwith design development and deployment of applications;as well asinteractions with the client contractors and remote employees toprovideprogram managementsupport.An active Top Secret clearance is required for this position.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting a team of two developersby gathering requirements developing Power Platform solutions and presenting updates to the client
- Preparingand presentingbriefings to describe howappsaredevelopedand used
- Workingcollaborativelywith anAgile Developmentteam to process informationidentifyefficiencies and implement procedures tosupport program management andincrease data quality
- SupportingFederal PMs byassistingthem withbusiness analysistasksandpresentingtheresultsinmeetings
- Preparing written materialsforuse byFederalPMsin discussions withsenior leadership
- Coaching mentoring and developing other members of the team
What We Need From You (Required):
- Active Top Secret Clearance. U.S. Citizenship required.
- A minimum of three (3) or more years of direct experience in Power App development
- Experiencecoding advanced features in Power Apps andusing PowerAutomate workflows tofacilitatethe movement of data from one location to another
- Experience with designing developing and deploying PowerAppsapplications
- Experience embedding PowerAutomationsinto Power Apps
- Experiencedetecting ways to improve efficiency in an office making the case for change andgaining support to adopt a new process
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills
Bonus Points (Preferred):
- Q Clearance
- MicrosoftPowerPlatformDeveloper Associatecertification(PL-400 exam)
- Other Power Platform certifications (PL-900 PL-200 PL-600 etc.)
- Designing and buildingdashboardsor other visualizationsusingtools such as PowerBI
- Project managementand business analysisexperience/training.
Work Setup:
- Onsite in Washington DC
Clearance & Education:
- Must have an active Top Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Engineering Computer Science or related field
- 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree
