Join Our Dynamic Inpatient Anesthesia Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

We are seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative anesthesia care team in Novi Michigan. Job Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous inhalation and regional anesthetics during various procedures.
• Provide anesthesia care to patients of all ages and ASA classifications.
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively to ensure safe anesthetic delivery.
• Provide airway management services throughout the hospital as needed.
• Respond to anesthesia-related emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists nursing staff and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Document all patient care accurately within EPIC EMR.
• Participate in a self-scheduling model covering various shift options.

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Required
• Active Michigan RN License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Clean malpractice and license history
• Experience in anesthesia practice excluding RN or training.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and on-call.

License and Certification Requirements

• DEA and CSR/CDS certifications (to be obtained prior to start) - Required
