Job Summary

Ford Office Technologies is growing and we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Production Field Service Technician to install maintain and repair high-volume production copiers and print systems at customer locations. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills attention to detail and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced field environment.

Install configure and support high-volume production copiers and digital print systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and routine service calls.
Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and networking issues.
Replace parts components and consumables as needed.
Calibrate and optimize equipment for peak performance.
Provide operator training and basic troubleshooting guidance to clients.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Manage parts inventory and company-provided tools.
Respond promptly to service requests within assigned territory.

Requirements

2 years experience preferred servicing production equipment such as Canon Ricoh Konica Minolta or Kyocera copiers MFPs or production print equipment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP print drivers scanning setup).
Ability to read service manuals and schematics.
Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various on-site environments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
