The Global Key Account Manager will be NEXPERIAs main interface to the various customers responsible for determining the account strategy and will lead all associated initiatives within NEXPERIA. It represents Nexperia as the Key interface to the customers establish Nexperia as a trusted advisor to the accounts. This position is essential to build upon our leading market position with our Global Key accounts and other customers in the region in order to deliver upon NEXPERIAs global growth ambitions.
What you will do
Responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize NEXPERIA sales and profit at the account. Taking ownership for relevant Key Performance Indicators and driving corrective actions if required.
Understanding the customers business strategy opportunities and issues. Identifying opportunities for NEXPERIA based on this and helping to tailor the NEXPERIA Value Propositions specifically for your customers
Understanding formal & informal hierarchy identifying decision makers at the customer and developing relationship strategies to improve NEXPERIAs position at the account
Through thorough understanding of the balance of power and relationships create and successfully execute negotiation strategies and tactics (done throughout the year) in cooperation with the Marketing Team.
Representing and conveying the customer needs internally at NEXPERIA and ensuring adequate priorities are set in order to execute against the strategy
Effective monitoring of logistic/quality performance and -if required- delegation of issues to the relevant stakeholders within NEXPERIA
Ensuring that all key internal systems and processes are updated on timely cadence with accurate information
Developing a Customer Business Plan (5-year sales plan TAM/SAM/QSAM analysis etc.) clearly communicating expectation and requirements towards NEXPERIA in order to meet business targets.
Gathering and communicating market/competitor information into the organization
Organizing technical workshops with customer
Building motivating and maintaining strong winning sales teams
Building and maintaining strong long-lasting customer relationships
What you will need
Preferred Minimum 3 Years Sales / Marketing experience in Automotive environment with Tier 1/OEM accounts or similar experience as Field Application Engineer either in the semiconductor industry or in a related business
Bachelors degree in business electrical engineering preferred or a related technical field MBA is a plus.
Detailed technical understanding of Automotive applications is a plus.
Knowledge of Power Discrete and Analog Semiconductors and Automotive business preferred
Proven track record in working in multicultural/international teams
The ability to execute quickly and skillfully involving multiple stakeholders
Entrepreneurial thinking result oriented customer focused
Good Microsoft Office skills including EXCEL PowerPoint
Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
Willingness to traveldomestically and internationally
