A high-performing Sales Manager at a growing tech company is seeking a sharp detail-obsessed Sales Administrator / Executive Assistant to serve as his operational right hand. This role will manage the back office of sales ensuring deals rollouts CRM updates scheduling and internal coordination run seamlessly so the sales lead can stay focused on closing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HubSpot CRM updates pipeline hygiene and deal tracking
- Coordinate rollouts and communication with ops finance and customer success
- Handle scheduling demos follow-ups and calendar management
- Track contracts paperwork deadlines and next steps
- Prepare reports and sales materials
- Act as the second set of eyes so nothing slips
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales support sales admin or executive support
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with HubSpot Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
- Organized proactive and responsive
- Healthcare tech / payroll / HR software experience is a plus
