General Role Description
As FP&A Senior Analyst you will take part in key activities of the team related to monthly / periodical reporting monitoring planning and analysis for the Global Consolidations team working closely with Functional and Regional FP&A teams and other cross-functional & cross-regional teams to support Global initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
In this role you will support the FP&A Team with:
- Support the Global month-end forecasting and budgeting process
- Development preparation and improvement of management reporting.
- Supporting other team members with recurring activities and Ad-hoc analysis and investigations.
- Leverage technology to aid in the continuous improvement of reports and analysis
Key competences expected for this role to reach success and optimal performance:
- Build and maintain relationships: Build and maintain working relationships with co-employees and external parties understand and successfully collaborate with others.
- Communicate effectively: Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely. Active listener and open to feedback.
- Analysis solving problems: Ability to understand complex issues and create solutions that effectively address problems.
- Managing & developing Yourself: Self-awareness admits shortcomings accepts feedback and works to improve.
- Optimize processes procedures and practices: Know what to measure and what not to measure. Never stop thinking about simplification leverage and integration.
Requirements:
Education: University Degree in Economics or Finance or equivalent
Experience and key skills:
- 3-4 years postgraduate experience in FP&A Audit or Controlling is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail ability to work with figures and complex calculations.
- Experience with reporting tools as HFM EPM Hyperion Planning Microsoft Power BI and automation tools is preferable.
- Oracle ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Good communication skills and team working approach.
- Mindset centered on ownership and accountability.
- Problem solving attitude.
- Resilience tolerance towards ambiguity uncertainty and risk.
- Language skills:English Minimum C1 required.
