Your Responsibilities
Supporting the development and further enhancement of a European compensation structure
Creating revising and aligning job descriptions in close collaboration with specialist departments
Harmonizing international job titles and job level structures
Maintaining analyzing and preparing HR data particularly in Excel
Providing general support to the HR team on both conceptual and operational topics
Your Profile
Currently studying Business Administration Business Psychology Human Resource Management or a comparable field
Strong interest in compensation job architecture and strategic HR work
Excellent English skills both written and spoken (working language at the European level)
Good Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables data preparation)
Structured detail-oriented and independent working style
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
