Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst BI Analyst
Business Intelligence (BI) is responsible for being an objective analytical partner to the organization driving collaborative efforts and delivering efficient data management reporting and insight generation that support key business decisions. The Junior BI Analyst will assist in data preparation reporting and basic analysis to support day to day business operations and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and gathering data from internal systems.
Perform basic data validation checks to ensure completeness and consistency.
Support data integration and transformation activities using standard tools (e.g. SQL based systems ETL tools).
Help maintain data pipelines and documentation under guidance.
Prepare data extracts and summaries for senior analysts and business stakeholders.
Build and maintain standard dashboards and scheduled reports using tools like Power BI Tableau or similar platforms.
Support ad hoc reporting needs across teams.
Ensure basic report accuracy and assist in troubleshooting data issues.
Assist in preparing periodic performance scorecards and KPI dashboards.
Track and highlight simple trends or anomalies in data.
Support business reviews by providing data inputs and visual summaries.
Maintain documentation for performance metrics and reporting refresh cycles.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in engineering Information Technology Computer Science Statistics or related discipline
Good years of experience in BI reporting or data analytics roles.
Basic proficiency in querying data using SQL or similar languages.
Working knowledge of visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Qlik).
Understanding of data models and ETL concepts.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to cloud data environments (e.g. Azure AWS GCP)
