As a Director of Supply Chain Operations Material Protection you will play a pivotal role in aligning Business Unit (BU) strategy with Integrated Operations to drive performance across demand supply cost inventory and resilience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in complex crossfunctional environments collaborates naturally with diverse stakeholders embraces grit when navigating competing priorities and proactively drives decisions that elevate service and value. Your leadership will help ensure that our Supply Chain and business teams are fully synchronized delivering a unified plan that enables growth efficiency and a superior customer experience.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead the SIOP process across Demand and Executive cyclesensuring decisions are datadriven timely and aligned across Commercial Finance and Integrated Operations.
  • Own endtoend BU supply chain performance balancing service cost inventory and resilience while anticipating risks and proactively addressing constraints.
  • Build a unified revenue supply and inventory plan by BU reconciling customer needs stocking strategies and inventory targets to meet business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement across demand planning quality forecast accuracy inventory health and overall supply chain decisionmaking.
  • Ensure customer segmentation and differentiated service models are embedded into all planning and operational decisions.
  • Represent the BU in enterprise SIOP and crossfunctional forums ensuring alignment with shared assets priorities and strategic direction.
  • Support successful execution of new product introductions by ensuring supply readiness and crossteam collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or Supply Chain/Logistics (or relevant subject ie Finance with required experience would be considered)
  • 10 years of crossfunctional Supply Chain and/or business experience. Highly experienced in navigating complex planning environments.
  • Strong analytical scenarioplanning and decisionmaking skills with the ability to drive factbased strategies.
  • Deep SIOP/IBP expertise across demand supply and inventory planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilityable to influence align stakeholders build trust and elevate organizational performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate highimpact crossfunctional decision forums.

The expected salary for this role is 140-160000k annually but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience education training licensure certification location and other jobrelated nondiscriminatory factors permitted by law. The schedule will have Friday and Saturday at home every week.

This role is also eligible to earn a shortterm incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan medical dental vision life and disability insurance paid time off paid holidays and paid sick leave.
