Job Summary

Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Experience: 610 Years

Role Overview

We are looking to urgently hire a Senior UI/UX Designer who can independently drive end-to-end product design from UX strategy and research to pixel-perfect UI execution.

The expectation is to hire a highly mature designer who can:

- Think strategically
- Own complete user journeys
- Handle complex enterprise workflows
- Translate business requirements into intuitive product experiences
- Work with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

1. UX Strategy & Research

- Lead product discovery sessions with stakeholders
- Understand business goals user personas and workflows
- Conduct user research competitor analysis and heuristic evaluations
- Create information architecture and interaction flows
- Define usability improvements and overall experience strategy

2. Wireframing & Prototyping

- Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes
- Build interactive prototypes (Figma preferred)
- Validate ideas through usability testing and iteration
- Handle complex multi-step workflows and data-heavy applications

3. UI Design & Design Systems

- Design modern scalable UI for web applications
- Build and maintain robust design systems
- Define typography color systems spacing layout grids and reusable components
- Ensure visual and interaction consistency across products
- Work closely with frontend teams and provide developer-ready design specifications

4. Frontend Knowledge & Technical Collaboration

- Must have hands-on experience in HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks such as React and Angular
- Ability to design with technical feasibility and performance in mind
- Strong understanding of responsive design cross-browser compatibility and modern UI implementation practices
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation

(Note: This is primarily a design role; however strong frontend understanding is mandatory to ensure seamless execution.)

5. Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with Product Managers Developers and Business Teams
- Present design concepts and defend design decisions confidently
- Provide design direction and mentoring (if required)
- Ensure high-quality design-to-development handoff

6. End-to-End Ownership

- Own complete modules/features independently
- Take responsibility for usability accessibility and UI quality
- Drive continuous UX improvements across products

Required Skills & Experience

- 610 years of UI/UX experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise or SaaS products
- Deep understanding of UX principles usability and interaction design
- Strong command of Figma (mandatory)
- Experience building scalable design systems
- Strong visual design skills (layout typography color theory)
- Experience designing complex dashboards forms and workflows
- Hands-on experience in HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of React and Angular
- Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B / Enterprise applications
- Experience designing admin panels workflow engines or data-heavy systems
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Motion design knowledge (bonus)
